Comparing the G10 to the G2 and G5 drivers

April 1st, 2008

Comparing the G10 to the G2 and G5 drivers, there is little noticeable difference. However, major changes in design and construction have gone into the new G10. A change that has really improved the clubs performance is how they have reallocated the weight distribution. By carefully selecting areas of the crown and using thinner material for their construction Ping engineers were able to distribute more weight lower and further back in the club. These subtle changes have increased the launch angle, reduced spin and raised the MOI. The results are a great looking superior performing golf club.
