The most successful free diet programs must include six specific steps to be able to achieve successful fat burn and weight loss. The most important goal for a weight loss program is to stimulate a body’s metabolism so the body’s fat burning process can do what it’s suppose to do, burn fat. The six steps are: slash calories, cut carbs, eat protein, never eat carbs alone, never eat carbs before bed, and eat every 3 hours.
